Sierra Tel prides itself on providing dependable quality services. We utilize fiber optic facilities and related equipment to build the fastest and most reliable service transportation systems possible. These fiber systems are engineered and built to provide route diverse fault tolerant fiber rings that help us withstand service outages due to equipment failure or fiber cable cuts. This is accomplished by transferring services off the affected facilities and moving them to an alternate path. All of this happens in the blink of an eye without our customers realizing anything has occurred.
Sierra Tel remains committed to providing the latest in telecommunications technology and broadband services to the mountain area communities in the 775 square mile area that we serve. We are continually installing fiber closer and closer to our customers, and most recently deployed Whole Home Wi-Fi Service to assist our customers with their ever-changing household networks.
