Potential for 20% pay performance bonus
Shift: Day, Monday-Friday

Roles and Responsibilities:
Lead and manage projects from initiation through to closeout, ensuring all objectives are met.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver custom electrical solutions on time and within budget.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and alignment with their expectations.
Identify and mitigate potential project risks proactively.
Maintain comprehensive project documentation and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
Coordinate logistics to support the timely delivery of materials and components.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and industry standards.
Drive continuous improvement by leveraging feedback and project outcomes.

Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
PMP Certification is preferred.
Over 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the electrical or industrial sectors.
Strong understanding of power distribution and motor control systems.
Proven track record of managing multiple projects with competing deadlines.
Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in project management tools such as MS Project or Smartsheet.
