Construction Project Manager

Our Project Managers are key to us being the most profitable complex builder in Little Rock. From being highly involved in managing the approval processes for your community, as well as profit and loss responsibility, you will be in charge! Think of yourself as the builder of your community, backed by a very well-established and profitable company!

We are expanding our Divison of commercial projects in Central Arkansas.

M-F-45 hours a week (office) none-remote
Very little travel 2-3 times monthly.

Can you:

Maintain excellent relationships with buyers and provide customer service after settlement? As a Project Manager, youll work with the buyers throughout the entire construction process and foster lasting relationships to promote our brand.

Assume Profit & Loss responsibility? Our Project Managers act as the owner of their community from development to completion. Imagine owning your own community, while being backed by a Muti-Million Dollar Company!

Negotiate and approve contracts for subcontractors and suppliers at or under budget?

Attend to the details? Project Managers do it all, ensuring accurate and timely completion of all paperwork, in addition to taking responsibility for the construction schedule.

Grow with your team? You hire, educate, train and manage your Construction Manager, Administrative Personnel and Sales Staff, forming a team that will work together and grows to become successful, contributing members of your community.

Ensure the quality of production while remaining on or ahead of schedule? We are known for our high-end quality. On time under Budget Mindset

Qualifications
experience in commercial estimating/ project management.
