The Opportunity

The Electronic Process Engineer will leverage data analytics, process engineering principles, and continuous improvement methodologies to optimize manufacturing processes harmonized across all three ADBSG production facilities. In addition to driving efficiency, improving product quality, and implementing data-driven solutions to enhance overall operational performance, the Electronic Process Engineer will focus on harmonizing production systems for unified data flow, real-time connectivity, and test automation to create traceability in the products' that are produced.

Data Platforms & Insights

Data Platform design Collect, analyze, and interpret data from production lines, equipment, and systems to identify trends and actionable insights.

Use advanced statistical tools, machine learning, and predictive analytics to drive process improvements.

Develop dashboards and visualizations to communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) and process metrics.

Digital Transformation & Smart Manufacturing

Design and selection of interfaces that are appropriate for the application being transformed

Support Industry 4.0 initiatives by integrating IoT, automation, and data analytics into manufacturing processes.

Collaborate with IT and engineering teams to implement smart manufacturing solutions, such as extending a Manufacturing Execution System (MES).

Drive adoption of digital tools to enable real-time monitoring and decision-making.

Process Optimization

Analyze manufacturing processes using data-driven techniques to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.

Develop and implement process enhancements to improve productivity, reduce waste, and minimize costs.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of process changes.

Continuous Improvement

Lead Lean Six Sigma or similar initiatives to enhance manufacturing processes and eliminate inefficiencies.

Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for process deviations.

Establish and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices for manufacturing operations.

Quality Assurance & Compliance

Ensure manufacturing processes meet quality standards and regulatory requirements

Work closely with the quality team to develop and maintain quality control systems.

Monitor and improve process capability (Cp, Cpk) to ensure consistent product quality.

The talent we want to inspire has...

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in manufacturing process engineering or a related role.

Proven experience in using data analytics to drive process improvements or analyze designs to implement design or process improvements.

Hands-on experience in Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.

Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages (e.g., Python, R, MATLAB, SQL, LabView).

Familiarity with data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

Knowledge of manufacturing systems, such as MES, SAP, or SCADA.

Understanding of statistical process control (SPC) and advanced quality tools.

Experience with automation systems and IoT technologies is a plus
