Description

ICF is seeking a Project Coordinat or - Technical Assistance (government site) who will be responsible for supporting the Project Director and project team in providing support to the Childrens Bure au (CB) in offering guidance and technical assista nce to address and/or solve both unique and common issues that State and Tribal staff encounter with their information technology project s . The Project Coordinator will provide administrat ive support to the Division of State Systems (DSS) and the Division of Performance Measurement and Improvement (DPMI) in project planning, project scheduling, i nternal and external stakeholder correspondence , coordination of technical assistance and project review activities, etc. The successful candidate will have knowledge of the public child welfare policy and practice as well as project management skills . This position reports directly to the Project Director.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities for the Project Coordinator Technical Assistance include:

  • Provide project management, logistics planning, coordination and support for in-person and virtual meetings , system reviews, webinars, and other events with internal staff, federal partners, and state and tribal staff as needed

  • Attend established weekly team meetings, preparing meeting materials , and providing meeting minute support

  • Manag e, track, and file documentation and c orrespond ence (ph one, email, in-person, etc.) with internal and external stakeholders staff

  • Maintain knowledge about DSS and DPMI and other projects, service delivery, and the work across special projects

  • Execut e and coordinat e project tools and plans

  • Identify project areas in need of improved efficiency and effectiveness in conjunction with the Project Manager and team

  • Plan and facilitate internal team meetings for established and ad hoc projects

  • Attend supervision meetings on a weekly basis

  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for the project

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in social work, public administration, or related field

  • 1 3 years professional work experience in a human services field, preferably in child welfare/technical assistance

  • Demonstrated project coordination and/or management experience

Preferred and Professional Skills

  • Experience supporting a broad scale project in a public service system

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities

  • Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills

  • Demonstrate outstanding level of professionalism in providing administrative support, including ability to exercise good judgment, discretion, tact, and diplomacy

  • Ability to work within set scopes of work in a timely manner

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, be flexible, multitask, prioritize, and balance multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced environment

  • Proficient skills utilizing Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams

Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position.

The pay range for this position based on full-time employment is :

$60,927.00 - $103,576.00Nationwide Remote Office (US99)
