Volta Fabrication is a custom manufacturer of process skids and equipment primarily for use in gas distribution. Where natural gas or industrial gases are distributed via mobile tanker trailers or stationary tanks, Volta designs and manufactures the equipment required to fill, offload, transfer, heat, manage pressure and temperature, and/or deliver the gas to a consumer. In addition to gas distribution, specialties include alternative fuel and biogas equipment. Products are highly engineered design-build equipment, at times specialized and customized for a specific customer and use or offered from a growing portfolio of standard production assemblies. Additional services include repair and refurbishment of existing gas processing systems.

LNG VAPORIZATION SKID
GVM500 – Gas Vaporization Module vaporizes inlet LNG, heats, and controls the flow of outlet gas into regional distribution pipeline. Heating is provided separately by a natural gas fired thermal fluid heater. 2 Modules currently operating in Peak Shaving application in Lawrence, MA. 500,000 SCFH, 100psig pipeline pressure.
