Air Flo Manufacturing- Decades of History and Experience

Air-Flo was founded in 1940’s by three brothers looking for a better way to harvest onions. They were trying to automate the old style of manually harvesting onions. Three brothers developed and patented a mechanical harvester. This unique design used the principle of “air-flo” to operate the harvester. Air-Flo started manufacturing truck equipment in the 1960’s with their introduction of the ice control spreaders, then by the 1980’s Air-Flo had started producing dump bodies. Air-Flo’s growth and success is attributed to the company’s manufacturing core objecting’s that the original founding brothers had developed and their focus on innovative design and quality. As Air-Flo looks toward the future with an eye on its core manufacturing values, it continues to proudly serve diverse customer needs with its introduction of their new Aluminum and Steel dump bodies, along with the introduction of their rear load packers.
