Our technical personnel is registered in the District of Columbia, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Virginia, and West Virginia as well as being cross-trained among inter-related disciplines. In 2004, Specialized Engineering transferred partial ownership of the Company to the employees of Specialized Engineering via an Employee Stock Ownership Plan.
