Position Summary:
The Project Coordinator plays a key role in supporting our project managers and estimators throughout all phases of construction projects. This individual will help organize documentation, track project timelines, assist with bids, and communicate with vendors, field teams, and clients. This is a great opportunity for someone with industry experience or someone eager to learn and grow in the construction trade environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist project managers with scheduling, documentation, and coordination.
Help estimators prepare bids and organize takeoffs.
Track project milestones, subcontractor progress, and material orders.
Prepare submittals, RFIs, and other project-related paperwork.
Maintain organized digital and physical files for ongoing jobs.
Communicate with vendors, clients, and internal teams as needed.
Support with permit tracking and compliance documentation.
Requirements:
1+ year experience in construction, plumbing, or related industries preferred.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Comfortable with technology (email, Excel, construction software a plus).
Self-starter with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Team player with a proactive and positive attitude.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience using construction management tools (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend, Bluebeam).
Familiarity with construction documents, takeoffs, or submittals.
