The role involves coordinating team members, contractors, and consultants, monitoring financial performance, and potentially traveling up to 40% of the time for project requirements.You will make an impact by....Manage project lifecycle from quote to customer acceptanceDevelop project plans, schedules, and budgetsManage project scope, risks, and stakeholder communicationAssist with bid preparation and estimation of resourcesOversee design, testing, and validation phasesDevelop training programs and conduct presentationsPerform administrative tasks and manage project goalsProvide leadership, coaching, and mentoring to project team membersThe talent we want to inspire has...Bachelor's Degree in electrical engineering (EE) or Electrical Engineering Technology (EET) or equivalent degreeValid driver's license and insurable driving recordPass required BCI and FBI Background Check2-4 years of related experience, including project managementPMP Certification preferredFluent in EnglishKnowledge of airfield lighting industry, FAA, ICAO, and CE/EMC/IEC standardsProficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft ProjectWork Environment:Office environment with occasional travel to customer locations or construction job sitesExposure to outdoor weather conditions, fumes, airborne particles, electrical shock risk, and noise levelsWhat's on offerWe value you and your contribution in the business.
