Our client, a leader in critical environments, is seeking a Facilities Building Engineer or Technician to join their team. As a Facilities Building Engineer or Technician, you will be part of the operations team supporting the continuous functionality of essential systems. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Facilities Building Engineer or Technician

Location: Broomfield, CO

Pay Range: $33/hr. - $39/hr,

What's the Job?

  • Responsible for maintaining, monitoring, and performing preventive maintenance on all data center systems to ensure 100% uptime.
  • Monitor and adjust refrigeration, chilled water, and air conditioning equipment, as well as other mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Record readings and make necessary adjustments to ensure proper operation of equipment.
  • Respond promptly to alarms and alerts from building management systems.
  • Comply with safety policies regarding hazardous materials and maintain a clean and safe workplace.

What's Needed?

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent.
  • 4+ years of related work experience in critical environments.
  • Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents and safety regulations.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
