Agency Overview
The Capitol Square Review and Advisory Board (CSRAB) is responsible for maintaining the historic character of Capitol Square while providing for the health, safety and convenience of those who work in and visit the complex. CSRAB is charged with interpreting the role of Ohio's Statehouse in national and Ohio history, to celebrate its art and architecture and to highlight its ongoing impact on the daily lives of Ohioans and thereby inspire all Ohioans to participate in state government.
Job Duties
Under general direction of the Executive Director of the Capitol Square Review and Advisory Board (CSRAB),manages facility projects at the Ohio Statehouse: administers & manages multiple complex & concurrent projects, including building renovations, capital improvements & new construction;assures physical facility & fixed assets of the Capitol Square Complex are in accordance with CSRAB standards for historic preservation & applicable codes;collaborates with CSRAB leadership to develop a communication strategy for stakeholders and staff regarding building modifications;coordinates with fiscal team to deliver relevant project budgets;coordinates with legal team to prepare contracts and other relevant project documentation;reviews facility challenges & objectives & recommends solutions;manages selection process for architectural & engineering (A/E) service contractors;monitors & modifies delivery of projects, oversees implementation schedule;modifies work schedule to accommodate contractor meetings and issues; performs other related duties as required.

College degree preferred. Expertise and experience in running medium to large scale construction projects; excellent understanding of project management processes and procedures; experience with project management and analyst methodologies and best practices; strong communication skills.
