Project Coordinator - Finance Systems Implementation

Project Manager - Finance Systems & Delivery Fully Remote Type: 6-Month Contract Compensation: $40-$45/hr W2 (Benefits - Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, Disability Insurance) We're looking for a Project Manager who thrives in the details and brings structure to complexity-someone who can confidently lead the delivery of finance systems initiatives while keeping teams aligned, stakeholders informed, and timelines on track. This role is built for a project professional who understands that successful delivery is about more than just plans and checklists-it's about clear communication, adaptable thinking, and a sharp eye for quality. In this role, you'll: Lead the planning and execution of finance system projects from scope definition to go-live Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams, system integrators, and vendors Drive requirements gathering and documentation efforts to ensure clarity and alignment Partner with QA teams and business users to coordinate and support testing activities, including test script development Collaborate with Change Management partners to support organizational readiness and adoption Keep stakeholders informed with clear status updates, Steering Committee presentations, and timely insights Track milestones, manage budgets, and anticipate risks before they become roadblocks Support post-launch hypercare efforts and contribute to lessons learned for future improvements What you bring: A track record of leading business and systems projects-ideally in the finance or ERP space Experience supporting or managing QA efforts (bonus if you've written test scripts or coordinated UAT) Strong organizational and communication skills-you're just as comfortable in a spreadsheet as you are presenting to leadership Familiarity with platforms like SAP, PeopleSoft, or similar ERP systems An understanding of project management frameworks, with certification (PMP, etc.) a plus A bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience Up to 3 years of relevant project management experience You're someone who: Navigates shifting priorities with calm and confidence Connects the dots between business needs and technical solutions Brings a collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset to every challenge Knows how to bring people together, even when they're not in the same room If you're looking for a role where you can lead real change, collaborate across teams, and gain exposure to high-impact finance and systems projects, we'd love to hear from you.
