This position will have the opportunity to tackle new challenges and projects and gain real-world working experience. You will have lots to talk about when you return to school in the fall!

What You'll Be Doing
- Put your education into action in the field to support and participate in assigned project work.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, maintenance, and safety departments, to ensure projects meet organizational goals.
- Support preventative maintenance programs by analyzing trends and suggesting improvements.
- Complete summer projects to gain an understanding of the operations fly ash beneficiation facilities, as well as drive efficiency.
- Learn the mission of the process engineering and maintenance departments and different jobs and functions.
- Ensures compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
What Are We Looking For
- Current juniors and seniors working toward a degree in Process Engineering or a related field
- Proficiency with Siemens DCS control system programming and troubleshooting is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Effectively working with engineers, technicians, and other professionals
- Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Work Environment

- Some overnight travel will may be required when visiting plants to support project work.
